One of the truly unique advantages of textile-based ventilation is the ability to infuse the space exactly that amount of airnecessary to ensure optimal air exchange and a healthy indoor climate. This applies regardless of whether it is a classroom in a school or a large production hall in industry.

KE Fibertec also has the special advantage of having our own weaving plant. This means that we can completely adapt the weaving of the textile material according to the needs of the customer. With more than 84 material versions and several different permeability (air passage), the solution can be tailored precisely to both the building and the specific need for air exchange.

All our materials are Permeability-stabilized, ensuring a correct and uniform air passage over time. It is essential for the functioning of the ventilation solution. Large variations in permeability can lead to either excessive energy consumption if the material is too dense, or flaps around inlets if the material becomes too open.

In addition, all our materials go through a strict quality assurance process — from thread to finished weave. This includes, among other things, visual inspection of the finished woven material, heat treatment to minimize shrinkage during washing, and barcode labeling to ensure full traceability. We place high demands on all our subcontractors, and all raw materials undergo a comprehensive entry check before weaving begins.
