High comfort with textile channels

A good indoor climate requires fresh air and a comfortableair distribution. Problems such as headaches, allergies and discomfort caused by bad air or high air speeds can be significantly reduced with the KE Fibertecske Interior System.

The KE-Interior System (D-tube) has been developed specifically for comfort ventilation in environments with high demands on both air distribution, function and aesthetics — for example offices, canteens, laboratories and other living spaces.

The system is supplied as half-round or quarter-round textile channels that can be adapted to different room types and installation conditions. This makes the solution suitable for everything from office environments and industrial kitchens tolaboratories, food production and pharmaceutical industries.

The unique design ensures stable and uniform air distribution — even at low ventilation in variable air volume (VAV) systems. Even at minimum operation, the ducts retain their shape and appear neat without flapping.

The air is evenly distributed throughout the textile surface and the supply space draft-free, creating a comfortable and healthy indoor climate. With the patented D-Alu suspension system, the ducts can be mounted in all ceiling types, and the wide range of colour options makes it possible to integrate the solution into both modern and existing construction.

At the same time, the system is quiet and can be used in environments with high acoustic requirements, such as recording studios where sound pressure levels down to 25dBA can be achieved (tested according to ISO 5135 and ISO 3741).

The specially woven polyester materials are manufactured at KE Fibertec's own weaving plant and have been developed for long life. Even after repeated washing, a uniform air passage is maintained and the material shrinks by a maximum of 0.5%. The materials are of course fire-approved according to current international standards.
