Many product variants offer great flexibility in the choice of draft-free air distribution solution - very suitable for energy-efficient zone ventilation

Flexible and energy-efficient ventilation solutions adapted to all types of industrial construction
Textile ducts meet the industry's need for efficient supply of fresh air to employees
— without features that may otherwise lead to discomfort and increased sickness absence. KE Fibertec's solutions are based on advanced technical calculations that ensure that the finished result meets both requirements and expectations.
At the same time, the textile ducts are easy to assemble and can be quickly moved or adapted if the production layout changes. In addition, the minimal maintenance helps to reduce unnecessary production shutdowns and ensure stable operation.

Displacement directly in the zone of residence
Vertical low-impulse systems rely on passive thermal displacement, where cooler air is supplied at floor level directly into the residence zone — following the same principle as horizontal systems.
Vertical KE-Low Impulse systems are ideal for high spaces with uneven heat load, where hot and polluted air is lifted up and sucked out.
This solution delivers fresh air exactly where it benefits the most, while reducing cooling demand by up to 30% — an effective gain for both comfort and economy.
A significantly more cost-effective solution than steel fixtures.

Heating from high altitude
The difference between KE-Inject (laser-cut holes) and KE-DireJet (nozzles) is the induction of room air. The KE-Dijet has tapered nozzles in coated or permeable textile and delivers 100% active, directional air.
Conical nozzles reduce the induction of room air, so the air velocity decreases more slowly than with KE injection. It provides significantly longer throw length and thermal penetration, making the KE-Dijet ideal for hot air intake from high altitudes (6 m+).
Ke-Direjet solutions are ideal for high-rise warehouses, high production halls and industrial environments requiring both efficient heating and cooling.
The efficient design of the nozzle makes it possible to provide both efficient cooling and heating in the same solution.
Compared to a laser-cut hole, a nozzle is up to 25% more efficient and can throw the air correspondingly longer at the same pressure. It also means that a nozzle requires less energy to achieve the same throwing length.

Smooth air distribution creates comfortable conditions in production premises
In industrial premises, the challenge is to ventilate evenly and deliver cold or hot air exactly where it needs to be used — without drafts.
The conical nozzles of the KE direct limit the induction of room air so that the air velocity decreases more slowly than with the KE inject, resulting in longer throwing length and thermal penetration. The hybrid systems have dense but air-permeable fabrics that prevent condensation and dust on the surface.
Hybrid solution with KE-Direjet nozzles ensures efficient air circulation without drafts — both in cooling and heating.
Including mounting, the solution is more cost-effective than traditional steel pipes.

By adding the air directly in the sub-temperature living zone, efficient heating and cooling is achieved without oversized ventilation volumes. It can reduce the energy consumption of the cooling and heating system by up to 30% and at the same time minimize the need for expensive steel equipment.
A textile-based ventilation system is lighter both in the weight of the material and when assembled. This means significantly shorter assembly time — up to 9 times faster in fact. It simultaneously jaws less energy to achieve the same throwing length. Including the assembly time, it provides significantly lower operating and construction costs than traditional steel solutions.
The nozzles limit the induction of room air, so the air loses speed slower. The result is longer throwing length and deeper thermal penetration, ensuring that both hot and cold air are accurately distributed throughout the room.
The hybrid solution combines dense but air-permeable fabrics with KE-Direjet nozzles. It prevents condensation and dust on the ducts and ensures that both hot and cold air can be distributed efficiently and comfortably in the room.
Industrial refrigeration is a general term for refrigeration in industrial enterprises where maximum air speeds in the room are needed.
