James Bowles plays an important role in supporting the visibility and growth of KE Fibertec UK through marketing, communication and customer engagement. He helps shape how the business presents itself across campaigns, content and day-to-day communication, making sure the KE Fibertec message is clear, consistent and relevant to the audience. With a strong eye for detail and a good understanding of what matters to customers, James helps showcase the company’s values, solutions and strengths in a way that supports the wider business and builds strong connections in the market.

With 40 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Mark Berry brings extensivetechnical knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs to his role at KE Fibertec UK. His focus is on internal technical sales, delivering CPD presentations, visiting sites and building strong relationships withconsultants across the industry. Mark is known for his practical approach, professional insight and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly,helping customers make informed decisions with confidence. He is also passionate about sustainability and the role ventilation can play in creating better, more responsible buildings for the future.

With a careful and organised approach, she helps ensure that the financial side of the business is handled accurately and efficiently. From processing invoices to chasing payments and keeping accounts in good order, Helen provides valuable support that helps the wider team stay focused and the business run smoothly.
