Our collection and processing of personal information

The personal data collected is stored on servers at AWS, Amazon, Ireland. Somepersonal information is managed by a third party (data processor) thatprocesses personal information on our behalf pursuant to this Privacy Policyand applicable privacy laws.

The information is stored for the period time permitted by law and we delete itwhen it is no longer necessary. The period of storage depends on the nature ofthe information and the reason for the storage. Therefore, it is not possibleto specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.

The internal departments of our     company; Selected and trusted third     parties that use your personal information with a view to providing goods     or services, which you have requested; Credit rating agencies pursuant     to applicable law in case of customer abuse or fraud.

Thepersonal information we process belongs to the data subject. Therefore, as amatter of fact, the data subject also has certain rights. These rights are setout in Chapter 3 of the Regulation.
Below is a list of the rights that you, the data subject, always have.

1.1. Duty of notification


As data controller, we are obliged to always notify the data subject of anumber of information in connection with the collection of personalinformation. In that context, we refer you to section 3.3 and 3.4.

1.2. The right to object

As the data subject, you are entitled to receive our confirmation as to whetherwe process personal information on you and, if this is so, to request access tothe personal information as well as information on:a)   The purpose of processing the informationb)   The categories of personal information concernedc)   The recipients or categories of recipients to which/whom the personalinformation will be transferred, especially recipients in third countries orinternational organisationsd)   If possible, the period for which it is anticipated that the personalinformation will be stored, where the personal information will be stored, or -if this is not possible, the criteria used for determining this period of timee)   The right to request that the data controller corrects or erases personalinformation or limits the processing of personal information on the datasubject or to object to such processingf)    The right to file a complaint with a regulatory authorityg)   Any information available as to where the personal information derives if itwas not collected from the data subjecth)   Any automated decisions, to include profiling, as set out in Article 22 (1) and(4) and, as a minimum, any meaningful information as to the logic of this aswell as the implication and anticipated consequences of such processing to thedata subject.
If the personal information is transferred to a third country or aninternational organisation, the data subject has the right to be informed ofthe necessary guarantees in connection with the transfer, pursuant to Article46.Uponrequest, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information processedby us provided that said copy does not infringe the rights and freedoms ofothers.We charge areasonable fee based on administrative costs for providing additional copies.Unlessotherwise requested, the information is provided in a commonly used electronicformat.
1.3. Rectification

If we haveregistered incorrect information on you, you are entitled to have thisrectified.

You are also entitled - with regard for the purposes of the processing - tocomplete incomplete personal information. This may be done by you providing uswith a supplementary declaration.

1.4. Theright to be forgotten

You are entitled tohave your personal information erased and we are obliged to erase your personalinformation without undue delay if one of the following applies:a)   The personal information is no longer required for the purposes, for which itwas collected or otherwise processed.b)   You withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no otherlegal basis for the processing.c)   You object to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) and we have nolegitimate interests in the processing which outweigh your objection or youobject to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2).d)   Your personal information has been processed illegally.e)   The personal information must be erased in order to comply with legalobligations arising from EU regulations or the national legislation of memberstates, to which we are subject.f)    The personal information was collected in connection with the provision ofinformation society services as specified in Article 8(1).
If we have disclosed the personal data and we are required to delete thepersonal data, we will, considering the available technology and the costs ofimplementation, take reasonable measures, including technical measures, toinform the data controllers who processes your personal information that youhave requested that these data controllers delete all links to, or copies orrepresentations of, the personal data in question.However,the above does not apply to the extent that the processing is necessary:a)   to exercise the right to freedom of expression and informationb)   to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing pursuant to EU ornational law and to which we are subject, or to perform an act in the publicinterest or in the exercising of a public authority imposed on the datacontrollerc)   considering public interest in public health area in accordance with Article9(2) paras h) and i) and Article 9(3)d)   for archival purposes in public interests, for scientific or historicalresearch purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with Article 89(1)in so far as the right referred to in subsection 1, will likely make itimpossible or constitute a serious hindrance to this treatment, ore)   in order for legal claims being established, enforced or defended.
1.5. Restriction on processing


You havethe right to require that we restrict our processing of your personal data, ifone of the following conditions apply:a)   You object to the veracity of the personal data, for the period of timerequired to ascertain whether the personal data is correctb)   The processing is illegal and you object to erasure of the personal data andrather request that their use be restrictedc)   We no longer require the personal data for processing, however, they arerequired to establish, enforce or defend a legal claimd)   You have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1) for the period oftime required to check whether our legitimate interests outweigh yourlegitimate interests.Ifprocessing was restricted in accordance with the above, other than storage,such personal data may only be processed with your consent or for the purposesof determining, enforcing or defending a legal claim or for the purposes ofprotecting another physical or legal person or in the interests of the Union'sor a Member State's important public interests.If you haveachieved a restriction on processing, we will notify you prior to therestriction of processing lapses.


1.6 Duty of notification in connection with erasure or rectification

We inform each recipient of your personal data of any rectification or erasureof your personal data or restriction of processing carried out pursuant tosections 1.3, 1.4 or 1.5 unless this proves impossible or excessivelydifficult.We willinform you of these recipients if you request this.


1.7. Data portabilityYou areentitled to receive the personal data on you that you have provided to us in astructured, commonly used and machine-readable format.You alsohave the right to transfer this data to another data controller without ourobstruction when:a) theprocessing is based on your consent, or on our contract andb) theprocessing is automated.
When exercising your right to data portability in accordance with the above,you are entitled to transfer your personal data directly from us to another, ifthis is technically possible. This right does not affect your right to beforgotten.This rightto data portability does not apply to the processing necessary for theperformance of a task in the public interest or in the exercise of a publicauthority imposed upon us.This rightto data portability also must not violate the rights or freedoms of others.
1.8. The right to objection

You may atany time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, object to theprocessing of your personal data, based on Article 6(1) para e) on publicinterests or f) on our legitimate interests, to include profiling based onthese provisions.

If you object, we may no longer process your personal data unless we prove thatwe have important legitimate reasons for the processing that precede yourinterests, rights and liberties or that the processing is necessary for legalclaims to be established, enforced or defended.

If you object to our processing with a view to carrying out direct marketing,your personal data will no longer be processed for this purpose.

No later than by the time of the first communication with you, you must be madeexpressly aware of the above-mentioned right, and information on this must becommunicated clearly and separately from all other information.

If your personal data is processed for scientific or historical researchpurposes or for statistical purposes pursuant to Article 89(1) of the GDPR, youare entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for reasonsrelating to your particular circumstances, unless the processing is required toperform a task in the public interest.


1.9 Automated decision, to include profiling

You areentitled not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing,including profiling that has legal effect or affects you in a similarlysignificant manner.

However, this shall not apply if the decision:a)   Is necessary to enter into or fulfilling a contract between the data subjectand a data controllerb)   Has legal basis in EU law or the national law of a Member State, to which weare subjected, and which also sets out appropriate measures to protect yourrights and liberties as well as legitimate interests, orc)   Is based on your express consent.If we applyautomated decisions in the cases mentioned in b) and c) above, we will takeappropriate measures to protect your rights and freedoms as well as legitimateinterests, at least your right to human intervention on our part, to expressyour views and to contest the decision.

The automated decisions must not be based on sensitive personal data unlessArticle 9(2) paras a) or g) apply and appropriate measures have been taken toprotect your rights and freedoms as well as legitimate interests.

1.10.Restrictions

EU law or Danish law, to which the company or the data processor is subject, may byregulatory measures restrict the scope of the obligations and rights referredto in Section 0 in so far as the provisions herein correspond to the rights andobligations of this section when such a restriction respects the essentialcontents of fundamental rights and freedoms and is a necessary andproportionate measure in a democratic society for the sake of:a)   the security of the stateb)   the defencec)   public securityd)   the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offenses orthe enforcement of criminal sanctions, to include the protection and preventionof threats to public securitye)   other important objectives in relation to the protection of the generalinterests of the Union or of a Member State, in particular the major economicor financial interests of the Union or of a Member State, to include currency,budgetary and tax matters, public health and social securityf)    protection of the judiciary's independence and litigationg)   the prevention, investigation, detection and prosecution in connection withbreaches of ethical rules for regulated professionsh)   controlling, supervisory or regulatory functions, including temporary tasksrelated to public authority in the cases referred to in Article 23(1) para a)-eand g) of GDPRi)     protection of the rights or freedoms of the data subject or of othersj)     enforcement of civil law requirements.
