High air quality
Material knowledge ensures high air quality. At KE Fibertec we work systematically with quality assurance in all processes. Through the advanced use of fiber technology, we develop textile material for ventilation.

KE Fibertec is ISO 9001:2015 certified and systematically works with quality assurance in all processes. We deliver consistent quality as agreed and prioritize timely delivery — 98.4% of all orders are delivered on time. Any errors are dealt with immediately, and our level of complaints over the years has been below 1%. We provide competent advice to our customers on the best possible air distribution, regardless of whether it is heating, ventilation or cooling in virtually all types of buildings.
High level of material knowledge ensures good indoor climate
All our textile materials are woven at our own weaving plant in Denmark, where with the latest technology in air weaving we can control the entire production process from yarn to finished textile material. But for KE Fibertec, it is not primarily about us weaving textiles, but that we weave the threads around the air for an optimal and uniform air exchange.
We place very high demands on our subcontractors, and all raw materials are checked with a comprehensive entry control before we start weaving. We do not compromise on the quality of the processes that our materials go through, from the beginning of the rewinding of the yarn to the delivery of finished stock goods.
Our two primary materials, GreenWeave and MultiWeave, are made from a base material of fire-retardant granules spun into polyester fibers. The difference between the two materials is largely the way the fibers are spun before turning into the finished yarn. However, common to our materials is that they have an extremely low oil content and that we maintain a maximum shrinkage rate of less than 5%.
It is completely unique and allows us to provide woven textile materials of very high quality. Precisely these two factors are crucial for our quality and for us to be able to control the air permeability of textile materials. The in-depth knowledge we have for our raw materials, as well as the high demands we place on our subcontractors, enable us to adapt the weaving of the textile material to the exact volume of air and how it should be distributed in a given room.
In the video below, Frank Hansen explains more about the yarns we use in the weaving mill and why a very high level of material knowledge is so important for KE Fibertec and our textile-based ventilation solutions.
