GITTE HAS A GREAT OVERVIEW AND AN EYE FOR QUALITY
With more than 10 years of experience at KE Fibertec, Gitte has a thorough knowledge of production. She ensures with great overview and high thoroughness that materials for the sewing room meet our requirements for quality and precision. As a laser operator, she is responsible for sorting, checking and preparing workpieces and at the same time is an important resource that flexibly supports production where needed.

MEET THOMAS - ONE OF OUR WEAVING SPECIALISTS
After almost 20 years working at our weaving mill, Thomas Lautrup, as a technician, has accumulated a wide range of experience and insight into how we weave good indoor environments from wire to ventilation solutions in textile materials. On a day-to-day basis, Thomas has his primary responsibilities within the optimisation and maintenance of our looms and other equipment.
“KE Fibertec is a serious and purposeful company when it comes to quality and sustainability — the company never compromises quality and develops solutions that both ensure a good indoor climate and that the environment is minimized. I have some really good colleagues and an employer who provides space for me to develop personally. In my day to day I have a high degree of freedom to carry out my tasks, which I greatly appreciate,” says Thomas Lautrup.
THE GUARANTOR OF QUALITY, TECHNOLOGY AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Per G. Ahrensberg is a central part of the development department at KE Fibertec. As development and quality coordinator, he leads projects where we optimize and develop new products, and ensures coordination across departments as well as quality testing, documentation and entry control.
With a solid knowledge of both products, sub-components and partners, Per draws on years of experience that began in 2008 in internal sales at its subsidiary Euro Air. Here he acted as a liaison between Danish and Czech departments and has since been involved in a wide range of projects — from sports halls and slaughterhouses to naval projects. Per has also played an important role in the development of TBV Designer and today also works with structuring and preparing KE Fibertec's CSRD reporting.
“I attach great importance to having close cooperation across departments, suppliers and customers. There is a lot of freedom to solve the many exciting tasks, but I also get really good sparring with good and skilled colleagues every day. At KE Fibertec, we have a skilled management team that takes the lead in thinking strategically about the environment in the way we work and develop, but also that we can actually document a difference. The latter is of great importance in relation to my work with quality. We have a high level of know-how in our niche product and we are all very aware of how each of us can contribute to delivering a high quality for a good indoor climate. I hope that KE Fibertec retains its strong focus on sustainability in the future and continues to not compromise on common sense.”
