Active high-impulse system for mixing ventilation

The KE-direjet® system is performed as round (Ø), half-round (D) or quarter-round (½D) channels.
KE Fibertec, as the only distributor of textile ducts, offers five different nozzle sizes:
Ø12, Ø18, Ø24 and Ø60 mm and an adjustable Ø48 mm nozzle (KE-Direjet Vario).

This great flexibility in the choice of nozzle size offers significant advantages, as the KE-Direjet system can be used in virtually all types of premises requiring mixing ventilation such as the food industry, production halls, large public buildings or even very large spaces such as high-rise warehouses and large sports halls.

Full control of the air

The tapered nozzles are mounted in punched holes in the textile material and secured with a locking ring. For nozzles Ø12, Ø18 and Ø24 mm, up to 14 nozzles per meter per row can be used, while for Ø48 and Ø60 mm a maximum of 6 nozzles per meter per row is recommended. In close placement, the air jets influence each other, thereby changing the flow character from circular to more planar, and the velocity level is reduced more quickly due to limited induction of room air.

Curved textile ducts

Product development within TBV now makes it possible to offer curved textile channels that are adapted to a desired radius and are supplied with SafeTrack rails that follow the shape of the channel. The solution can of course be combined with both traditional passive low-pulse systems and with the hybrid solution, where the low-pulse system is combined with laser-cut injection holes.

Uniform appearance

With the SafeStretch solution, your textile duct system will always look nice, both with and without air pressure. Internal 360° rings keep the textile duct extended without compromising the air passage. There is no pressure shock (popping) on takeoff that can destroy the duct when air comes on. You are assured of a beautiful solution that is easy to install and maintain.

Mounting with Mount Easy

For systems where access conditions are difficult, for example in swimming pools where the TBV systems hang over the pool, KE Fibertec offers a drawstring solution, also called Mount Easy. The Mount Easy system allows a single person to mount ducts of up to 40 m from one end.
