The distinguishing feature of textile-based ventilation is that the entire surface acts as a ventilation area. It ensures a uniform and draft-free air distribution, whereby the ventilation air is supplied evenly in the living zone. At KE Fibertec, we have a particular focus on providing solutions that combine high comfort with efficient air exchange.
We offer both solutions for diffuse ventilation and FBS panels for directional ventilation with patented DFC baffles. The FBS panels make it possible to control the air flow precisely and purposefully, which is an advantage in rooms with low ceiling heights, where it can otherwise be challenging to create a good and draft-free indoor climate.
With the right solution, optimum comfort and high air quality can be achieved — regardless of the architectural framework of the room.

Is the entire panel Cradle to Cradle certified
Yes, we offer a complete FBS ceiling panel certified to the Cradle to Cradle standard consisting of the following components:
• Bottom (the visible part) in the material GreenWeave
• Bead cord produced from leftover yarns from own weaving
• Corner profile made from recycled waste from yarn coils
• Top made of MultiWeave material
Is it easy to mount the FBS ceiling panel?
Yes, you can mount FBS ceiling panels without the use of tools. However, it is important that the FBS panel can be laid unhindered on the suspended ceiling and rest on the profiles that support the ceiling panels. In this way, the FBS panel aligns with the ceiling panels. Avoid squeezing the panel into place. For more information, you can see more in our brochure about FBS ceiling panels.

How many colors can I order FBS ceiling panel in?
You can choose freely from seven beautiful colors - all in Cradle to Cradle approved materials.
How to maintain FBS ceiling panels?
You can easily remove the FBS ceiling panel if it needs to be washed. Here, only the visible part, i.e. the bottom, needs to be removed from the rest panel. Tools are not needed. Textile material should be washed at 40°C, according to the washing instructions for the material.
Is the FBS ceiling panel suitable for low ceiling heights?
Yes, the FBS ceiling panel is particularly suitable in rooms with low ceiling heights.
