Bad Habbits

When the Bad Habits Tattoo Gallery in Karlsruhe, Germany, faced a major redevelopment, a healthy and comfortable indoor climate was an important part of the project. The choice fell on a ventilation solution from KE Fibertec, which today ensures optimum air quality in the 80 m² tattoo studio.

KE Fibertec's German department worked closely with the consultants and, in consultation with the architect, black textile channels were chosen to support the modern and distinctive expression of the spaces. The black ventilation solution fits perfectly into the raw and industrial decor with concrete surfaces, cube-shaped space divisions and eye-catching artwork from local street artists.

The ventilation system ensures efficient and even air distribution without condensation, which is essential for both comfort and hygiene in a tattoo studio. At the same time, the project highlights the design freedom that characterizes solutions from KE Fibertec. The textile-based ventilation systems can be individually customized in terms of layout, design and dimensioning — without compromising functionality or aesthetics.
