We present a good and sustainable indoor climate in Hamburg

22-03-2023

At this year's Building Green in Hamburg, Germany, KE Fibertec will participate from 6-7 June with a strong sustainable programme of ventilation solutions that stand for efficient air distribution and a good indoor climate. Building Green is one of the largest trade fairs in the field of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions for the construction industry, where many exhibitors present products and solutions that meet the requirements of a sustainable future.

Sustainable building is not only about the materials and solutions applied, but to a large extent also about the use of the buildings, including the indoor climate. A pleasant and healthy indoor climate is the key to the health, well-being and productivity of employees, students and all people who spend time in building spaces, be it offices, schools, canteens, or other comfort solutions with high requirements for energy-efficient and draught-free air distribution.

In the overall optimisation of the indoor climate, sustainability is a very good starting point. With certification, it is often possible to achieve a better indoor climate than required by laws and regulations, where many criteria must be met.

KE Fibertec has a clear opinion on the environment and energy. We want to protect the environment as much as possible, both in the production and transport of our products, while at the same time focusing on energy-saving measures and developments within the company that contribute to our goal of becoming CO2 neutral by 2030. Mainstreaming sustainability has been part of our foundation for more than 10 years and we have reached several important milestones towards this goal.

By combining fibre technology and sustainability, we create a good, healthy indoor climate and support the building of the future in the process. Textile based ventilation solutions from KE Fibetec have less impact on the environment because we consider the entire life cycle of the product. We work concretely with sustainability in our own production and consider the future scarcity of resources and our ecological footprint. That is why we offer a Cradle to Cradle certified ventilation solution with our CradleVent® and provide documentation for sustainable building certification according to DGNB and BREEAM standards.

With our extensive knowledge of efficient air distribution and a wide range of material expertise built up in our own weaving mill, KE Fibertec offers ventilation solutions that are environmentally friendly with a lower weight and shorter installation time compared to steel solutions. CradleVent® is the right choice for a sustainable ventilation solution with a longer lifespan.
