Why textile based ventilation?
Creating a good indoor climate involves more than just selling air distribution products. For us at KE Fibertec it’s all about dialogue, expertise, reliability and logistics. We don’t stock finished products or have standard components. All our solutions are tailored to the task at hand.
A good solution requires dialogue about the expectations of the end result. We offer our advice free of charge, so the sooner we are involved in the project, the better the chance we have of achieving a good result. Textile based ventilation (TBV) can replace more conventional air distribution fittings in almost every situation, but only if the design is tailored to the particular task. If you are in doubt whether TBV products can do the job for you, our ventilation engineers are available to offer you advice. But you should expect us to ask you questions not only about the air volume and your heating/cooling requirements, but also about the end user’s expectations and needs. We see it as a process of providing reliable advice based on dialogue.
KE Fibertec has gone against the flow and decided to raise the technology level of its entire production process in Denmark by introducing new standards for using laser technology. All the laser parameters are generated in the dimensioning program WinVent 3D and are transferred electronically to our laser cutters. This has resulted not only in boosting productivity and enhancing the product finish, but has also enabled us to introduce an entirely new product group, known as hybrid products. These hybrid products combine the best from our passive low impulse systems with our high impulse systems.
